## Findings
- The thirty named techniques of the muay thai curriculum: 29 of 30 are named after a picture rather than a movement, and 14 name a figure from the Ramakien or its Hindu antecedents. Counted off Thai Wikipedia at revision 13177866; the classification is this project's and the full table is printed at /names/.
- OpenStreetMap holds 527 places to train muay thai in 58 countries. 252 of them were found only by name: the sport's own tag, sport=muay_thai, is used fewer than fifty times worldwide. A published figure puts overseas gyms above 3,800, so the map is a floor.
- Wikidata records 1186 people as Thai boxers. 248 are Thai and 5 of those are women. That is a measurement of who gets written about, not of who fights.
