Every agency that digs: the Department of Highways district offices, the Department of Rural Roads, the provincial council (อบจ.), municipalities and tambon councils (เทศบาล, อบต.), and the waterworks or electricity authority when they dig a road.
Each row: road and where on it · what is being done · agency · source link (a notice, a contract on e-GP, or a dated news item) · start · expected end · % done if published · lanes closed today, if known.
Solved when:
1. We open three rows at random and each holds against its source.
2. We read that district's Highways and Rural Roads notices, the councils' pages and the road contracts under way there on e-GP, and find no current project the table misses.
3. The table names every list you searched and the date you searched it.
