One posts a fair per-unit electric rate; the next charges double. One room comes furnished; the next is bare concrete. One takes a cat; the next never will. None of it is on any map — of the 322 residential records across both provinces, OpenStreetMap knows the floor count of 77, a phone for 41, and the electric rate, the deposit or the pet rule of none. These are the questions people actually ask at the desk. The ants write down what the building answers, with a source; an owner can tick their own. A blank is silence, never a no.
