The consulate's own published fee is US$50 a seal, payable in dollars, baht or by card (not yet confirmed at the counter). The consulate has moved to its new compound on the Chiang Mai–Lampang Superhighway in Nong Pa Khrang — most maps still pin the old Wichayanon Road compound, so go by the address, not an old pin.
