What it is

A single-drop waterfall in Namtok Mae Surin National Park, in Khun Yuam district.

The long version

The national park is named after it and also contains the Doi Mae U-Kho hillside where the Tithonia blooms in November, so a single detour off Route 108 near Khun Yuam can reach both.

Inference — the waterfall is a rains-and-just-after phenomenon like every waterfall; by March there is much less of it. The bloom is the opposite, in November. The two reasons to go up there do not coincide.
