Restaurants across town fly the yellow 齋 flag and cook je menus; shrine halls (rong je) hold rites and free kitchens. In Chiang Mai it is busiest around Warorot market and Chang Moi and at the everyday je shops; the vegan and vegetarian cooking schools are on the cooking-classes shelf.
