The long version
Inference — Route 1095 measures 5.71 curves a kilometre, Route 1263 measures 6.03 and Route 1096 measures 6.34. At those densities you are never on a straight long enough for horsepower to express itself. What you are doing instead, continuously, is choosing a line, judging a radius you cannot fully see, and carrying momentum through a corner rather than making it with the throttle.
A 110cc step-through is completely absorbing at that game, because it has no power to fall back on and every bit of speed has to be kept rather than bought.
