A fight can end with both men standing and neither tired.
What it is
The ringside doctor inspects cuts between rounds and can end a fight over one.
The long version
This is the elbow's delivery mechanism. An elbow to the eyebrow opens a cut that bleeds into the eye; the doctor looks at it at the bell; the fight is over.
