What it is

The cabinet approved the draft on 17 March 2026: 1,428.90 km² over Mueang, San Sai, Mae Rim, Hang Dong, Saraphi and parts of Doi Saket and San Kamphaeng; land-use classes from eleven to fifteen; 18 project roads added and 7 dropped. The draft carries 51 project roads by right of way: class ก 12 m, 11 routes; ข 16 m, 29; ค 20 m, 8; ง 60 m, 3. The old city keeps its 12 m height cap. The first plan of 1984 drew rings two and three; the 1989 revision fixed them; the 2012 plan's height rules were amended in 2019 in named low-density zones.

The long version

Inference — three roads of 60 m right of way is the line to read twice. A 60 m corridor is a motorway reservation, and the plan does not say where they go; the Isranews summary does not either. Not on this disk.
