What it is
An outer gate in the earthen wall, dated to 1282 in the chronicle, gone since the 1910s. Between 1910 and 1915 the earth bank and the gate were removed and the inner brick wall pierced so that Ratchawithi Road could run straight out to the new Chang Moi Road and the river.
