Route 108 south. The climb out of the Mae Hong Son valley, then the first of the long southern running.
The long version
The Thai Wikipedia article describes this section from the other end: the road crosses the mountains to drop into Mae Hong Son town, having climbed from Ban Mae La Luang past Khun Yuam. Ridden southbound you do that in reverse — climb out, then run.
Inference — the change of character is the thing to expect. After three days of 1095 this feels open and fast, and the curves that remain are longer-radius. Riders who have adjusted to nearly six curves a kilometre take a leg or so to recalibrate, which is its own small hazard.
