สโมสรโรตารีสากลเชียงใหม่ (CMIRC) ริเริ่มโครงการ CWSDPP ขึ้นตั้งแต่ปี 2558 เพื่อฝึกอบรมทักษะความปลอดภัยทางน้ำให้กับเด็กกลุ่มเปราะบางที่สุดโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย The Chiang Mai International Rotary Club (CMIRC) initiated CWSDPP in 2015 to deliver structured survival training directly to the most vulnerable primary students free of charge.
