วิกตอเรีย วอร์ไรเตอร์ ผู้บันทึกเพลงและพิธีของชาวดอยในสามเหลี่ยมทองคำมาหลายปี เป็นผู้ก่อตั้ง มูลนิธิมีโรงเรียนมุขปาฐะอาข่าที่บ้านแสนสุข เชียงราย ตั้งแต่ปี 2566 ครูดนตรีอาข่าสอนเพลง เครื่องดนตรี และนิทานให้เด็กอาข่าทุกสัปดาห์ สองงานนี้เป็นงานเปิดตัวของมูลนิธิFounded by Victoria Vorreiter, who has spent years recording the music and ceremonies of the Golden Triangle's hill peoples. Its Akha Oral Tradition School in Ban Saen Suk, Chiang Rai, running since 2023, has master Akha musicians teaching Akha youth songs, instruments and stories each week. These two events are the foundation's launch.
