The single most useful question on this page. Rates differ building to building, and the answer is usually posted at the desk — photograph the board.

The residence report immigration expects for a foreign tenant. Some desks file it as routine, some have never heard of it — asking before signing is how you find out which.

For buying a condo unit. Only the นิติบุคคล can answer, the number changes with every transfer, and no listing site knows it.

The rest are mansions, courts, apartments and dorms — now shelved by the word on each building's own sign. The same error as the barber shelf (6 of 62), corrected the same way: read the signs.
