Two or three minutes. It salutes the teacher and the parents and declares the ring theirs; a local crowd reads which camp a fighter comes from by the dance alone.

The prajiad (ประเจียด, prà-jìat) are the armbands, often with a katha or a folded yant inside, worn through the fight.
